I have never been more disgusted with the service I've received from this bank. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them regarding my RETRENCHMENT. I finally received an email stating that someone will contact me for a payment arrangement. I've sent another email with my new email address [Email Removed] and my new contact number as my phone was shortly after the email I received. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!! My account is in arrears because the incompetent staff at AFRICAN Bank that keeps debiting my account when I've sent them my retrenchment papers 3 months ago. U have debited from my savings WITHOUT MY CONSENT. If you touch my account again without contacting me I will SUE you!! I am still unemployed and is unable to make payment. Will someone kindly contact me via email [Email Removed] I will forward you my contact number once again after I've received some sort of recognition. The service I've received from this "banking institution" has been pathetic up until now, I will be waiting on your URGENT response
