RETRENCHMENT

On Friday 26th April 2013 the following amounts were deducted from my bank account which I would like African Bank to please refund me IMMEDIATELY:
1) R1105; 2) R1628.14 3) R834.53
I spoke to a lady by the name of Sihle Masilela on the 29 January 2013 and she informed me that African Bank will cover my debt for 6 months (January - June 2013), and told me that if I am still unemployed by the end of May that I must send an email to [Email Removed] informing them I am unemployed.
I sent an email to both [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on Saturday informing them of this amount that was deducted and that I am still unemployed but both email's came back undelivered.
Please rectify this problem and refund me the money TODAY.
