In 2008 I was retrenched. I had loan with Nedbank for a vechile. I had insurance against the loan which paid out. I paid the outstanding amount in lump sums and settled the outstanding amount over two years ago. Nedbank has put a judgement on my name. I do not have money for a lawyer and nor should I! I am being discriminated against and punished for something I have paid a long time ago. I. Want to get a fantastic new job which I applied for. I can't even get a cell phone on my name. This is just disgusting. I demand that Nedbank clear my name and take me off ITC.
