I applied for financing of R76 000 for installation of kitchen cupboards through Nedbank approved merchant (KET Consulting Engineers). I wouldn't have taken this loan if this merchant wasn't approved by Nedbank. It didn't cross my mind that a big bank like Nedbank can be associated with. Nedbank paid the loan amount directly to KET early April 2013 and until now they haven't fullfilled their obligation. They don't even answer their calls and always make empty promises.
Can someone from Nedbank intervene because I went to Nedbank Standerton branch and I am still waitingfor the "investigation". R76 000 is a lot of money to flush away. I am suffering whilst Nedbank will benefit from the loan repayments as well as the merchant who has been paid!
