I have not received any feedback nor resolution to my complaint. I was not notified that I was in arrears due to transferring more than what I put into my access bond account in October last year. I was given one day in January to rectify the problem. All the money available was deducted from my wife's bank account (R5600) without permission to rectify an arrear amount of R11800. My request was to add the arrear amount to my bond and payed over with the bond installment every month. Please help.
