Disgusting Service at Nedbank

It is rather disappointing that I have been with the bank for over 20 years and they treat me like I am some. The bank allege that I took a personal loan in 1999 for R2000.They contact me 13yrs later in 2012 advising that I have outstanding amount of R700.Thier lawyers stopped harassing me after my lawyers sent them a letter. This Mar I applied for a personal loan and was declined and advised to apply 30days later, which I did and was declined again. I checked all the bureaus and discovered that in fact I have an outstanding credit record, and yet their call centre consultant claimed it had to do with my credit profile. I also discovered that the last time Nedbank checked me was 8/12/2012.It has become apparent to me that they internally flagged my record not to consider my application for a personal loan. Fact is, I have a bond with them without interrupted instl. Bought a car and paid it off with them. Had a personal loan with them and paid off. Recently bought a car valued at R400000 with monthly instl of R7000.My earnings, affordability and credit status is sound. Some of the few facts Nedbank should consider instead of treating me like a. Nedbank please tell me why?
