I went into the branch on Friday to close my Business cheque account. I signed everything that was given to me.
I just got a call from the Branch and Nonhlanhla told me I had to come into the branch to sign another form she forgot about. This is pathetic! I asked her to email it to me and she said Nedbank cant accommodate that. Are you serious? Is it still 1980 in Nedbank???
I refuse to drive all the way back to Parktown for a Nedbank mistake. Nedbank please provide a better solution ASAP.
