I have an account with african bank that was handed over to the attorneys so my problem is that my balance does'nt change when i sak them they tell my account was in arrears and the was no judgement against me thats why my balance doe'nt change they tell me the system will change itself automatically they do not know when, i am paying R800 every month before the 4th of every month, in December my balance was R19845 and i payed R800 in January my new balance is R19771, their system only recognise that i payed R74.00, i want to pay off this loan but it's like i will pay it forever and ever, please help as i was unemployed when i stopped paying this loan and now i want to pay it and move on
