Nedbank is not my bank. I have an American Express card that I needed to cancel. Walked into Nedbank branch in Centurion Lifestyle Centre. WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! From the first person that greeted me with a friendly smile and instructing me what to do, to the guy at Customer service that went out of his way to contact callcentre and get a settlement figure and then telling me that after settling at the teller he will personally contact me within 24 hours to confirm that the account has been closed.
NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Even though I was busy CLOSING my account they were most helpful, friendly and professional.
WELL DONE NEDBANK CENTURION LIFESTYLE CENTRE BRANCH!!! WELL DONE!!! I will certainly be looking at Nedbank from a different angle in the future...
