We moved to Nedbank this month not expecting much as we have banked with every bank in South Africa before except for Nedbank and I view on banking was that you simply can't expect service as you are not an millionaire! We surely got treated as such at Nedbank, from beginning to the end. We got the full package from Nedbank as platinum members at all the other banks, we were always left disappointed as they sold their products as the best product out there and after they caught you in their fishing net, we were always disappointed. this is not the case with Nedbank, we would save on an average about R 500.00 in banking fees and for the first time ever I feel like an true customer. we needed to set up some more things telephonic and the thought was that surely this will resort in the frustration we became use to, but not at all, they were polite, helpful and extremely well trained. Well done Nedbank for showing other banks like FNB and ABSA that ultimately this is still our money and we can be treated better!
