In february 2013, I called the NEdbank Retentions department and requested that my Nedbank savings account be closed as I changed banks. And this is exactly why I left this bank... I still receive sms notifications of transaction such as debits and credits on the account. I called this morning and don't ask me who the lady was I spoke to, because they rush through their greeting as if it's a race (pathetic customer service). She told me to hole while she transfers me to the Retentions department... It just went silent and I ended up putting the phone down. NOW I WANT THAT SAVINGS ACCOUNT CLOSED NOW OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!
