My fiance and I wanted to inquire from the Inquiry desk at the Nedbank Centurion Mall Branch where we could settle our credit card in full. Brenda was so rude and didn't assist us at all. She told us to wait for one of the other consultants without greeting us or anything.
I saw in the branch that you could send an sms to 44459 if you didn't receive service with a smile etc. in 59 seconds. Well, I sent an sms at 16:39 while still standing in the bank and until today I have not received a phone call from the Branch Manager as promised on the sign.
