On the 27/10/2013 had bank card cloned i have stopped my card will standing at the ATM. The Monday i went into the bank and reported the incident it is now the 25/11/2013 and all Nedbank is telling me i must wait 6/8 weeks I have bills to pay and debit orders that could not go thru. Nedbank was the first company to phone me to say my debit order returned unpaid. This is very bad i have been banking with them for a will now but seriously considering changing banks. This is very bad service Nedbank must feel very ashamed!!! If you owe Nedbank a cent you are really fast this is my salary and you dont care at all. Is this the way the your bank is supose to treat you???
