I called your call centre to lodge a claim, and a very professional gentlemen suggest that I make use of the express service which I'm covered for,
By lodging my claim online.
I have since done that on the 19 Dec 2013. Yet after numerous calls I have made and be told I will be called back. I don't know what to do.
Today it's the 10th Jan 2014 over 3 weeks.
Please provide clarity.
I understand its been the festive season. But it will be courtesy to call me and let me know when my claim will be dealt with.
I have vast experience in call centre services and what you guys are doing now is really not putting your best foot forward like I thought I knew you to be.
