I launched a claim on Tuesday 25 June 2013 with Miway and recieved an sms that my claim handler will be David Ndhlovu and he was to call me about the claim.By friday 28 June 2013 i had not heard a word from him so i called the number provided on the sms as his contacts and i couldnt get hold of him. I called the MiWay call centre and the lady i spoke to told me that she would leave a message for him to call me back as soonn as he gets back to his desk. I asked the lady to make sure that he gets back to me by the end of the day and to date i havent heard anything from anyone from MiWay.
