Cannot get through to lodge claim several days now

With my first claim vi refused to honor the claim. with the second claim, i cannot even lodge a claim because i have been phoning since the 19th of dec 2013 to claim for an accident but i cannot get through to any call centre even the emergency number. finally i reached someone today on the emergency line just to hear that they cannot assist me. they are only there to tow a vehicle. i requested an email address to contact the call centre, but once again no assistance. I have tried doing the claim on my online account but once again cannot get past the booking date. there is no way to select a booking date.

virgin insurance is there to take all your money every single month and never honor a claim if you can get hold of them. I have already cancelled my policy with them but i am covered until the end of dec 2013 with them. so sorry i have ever tried them. will definately not recommend them to any one. I will be spreading the word as far as possible how they are!!!
