After wasting an entire 16min of my time and money on the phone to their claims department on 0860123444, I still was not helped!!
This is the most pathetic and useless service provider and they are their customers money by receiving payments for a service they do not provide!
I will cancel their so-called service and take my business elsewhere. If they cannot even answer their phones, how are they ever gonna honour their clients claims??? PATHETIC... Their slogan should be "We are experiencing high call volumes at the moment"... REALLY!!!
I am disgusted and revolted by these -artists!
I'm sure my lawyers will have a much easier time getting hold of them though.
