MI WAY INSURANCE POOR SERVICE

I WRITE THIS COMPLAINT AS OUR LAST PATH THAT WE COULD TAKE, IN 13 DECEMBER 2013 MY AUNT WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT INSURED WITH MI WAY INSURANCE & THE CAR WAS WRITTEN OFF IN THE SCENE BY TRAFFIC POLICE, FORTUNATELY I SERVIVED AND WAS ABLY TO CALL MI WAY FOR BREAKDOWN VEHICLE. FEW DAYS AFTER THE ACCIDENT IN DECEMBER I TRYED TO CALL MI WAY TO MAKE A CLAIM BUT WAS WELCOMED BY A ANSWERING MACHINE SAYING THEY A CLOSED FOR FESTIVE SEASON AND WE MUST CALL AGAIN ON THE 6 JAN 2014, I THAN CALLED AGAIN AS THEY SAID BUT WAS NOT ABLY TO GET HOLD AS THE ANSWERING MACHINE SAID THEY HAVE A HIGH CALL VOLUME BUT WAS TRYING OVER & OVER UNTIL I WAS SUCCESSFUL ON THE 14 JAN 2014 & WAS TOLD TO MAKE A ONLINE CLAIM & ONCE SUCCESSFUL I WILL BE CALLED BY INSURANCE REP WHO WILL BE DEALING WITH MY CLAIM BUT TILL TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM MI WAY INSURANCE, TODAY I TRYED CALLING (2014/02/05) BUT WAS WELCOMED BY ANSWERING MACHINE THEY ARE HAVING A HIGH CALL VOLUME BUT WAITED FOR ALMOST 45 MINUTE WITHOUT ANYBODY ANSWERING MY CALL, REALLY I AM VERY FASTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE I AM CURRENTLY RECEIVING FROM MI WAY INSURANCE AND OUT OF IDEAS
