I called Miway call-centre this morning to lodge a car accident claim. Merilyn answered the phone and promised to call me at 2pm. After being disappointed by several other big companies like Standard Bank credit card division who promised me that they will return my call within 24 hours and never delivered on their promises, i thought it will be the same with Merilyn, but to my surprise she called me at exactly 2pm.

She assisted me patiently over the phone to lodge an accident claim. It was a wonderful experience for me and would like to thank Merilyn and Miway for assisting me lodge my claim hassle free. Keep up the good work...
