I would appreciate some communication from MIWAY

Firstly, last year, I receive a letter stating that my zero excess (for which I was paying a higher premium) is now replaced with a R3300 excess. How nice. Unilateral change to my policy without consulting me first. Secondly, on new years day (1 Jan 2014) I get spammed by 60 sms's from MIWAY about the weather while I'm on holiday. How nice. Thirdly, I attempt to make a claim yesterday, 7 Jan 2014, and after holding on my cell for a considerable amount of time, twice, then filling out an online claim, AND leaving a message with a consultant who told me that all the claims consultants are busy, AND that they would call me back, AND requesting I be contacted via the MIWAY website, I AM STILL not able to lodge my claim. How nice. Thanks for apathetic service and the complete lack of responsive communication. :-(
