I would like to express my disappointment in the service received from Miway. I have lodged a claim with Miway a week ago, received the Claim number. I provided Miway with all relevant information that was required. On Monday I had called the Claims call centre and was told everything is sorted and that a Thandeka M will be in touch with me. I called everyday since Monday and still have note been able to get hold of Thandeka. I also left numerous messages with her and not one has been received. I still do not know where i stand with regards to my claim. I have been with MiWay for many years and never once claimed. This is my first claim and I am shocked at the service levels. Had i missed a premium I would have Miway on the line with me Immediately.
I would like someone to please contact me regarding this matter today as I am quiet tired of constantly calling the call centre for a service that I have been paying for, for many years.
