Very bad service from Essential med

I have so many complaints about Essential Med, the list is endless. No feedback, no refunds being just a couple of them. Not only does it seem that Essential med always owes me money, they never refund you within 2 months, even though they claim to refund you within 30 days. Furthermore they have this apparent medicine formulary that you are not allowed to see, but their Network doctors seem to always prescribe medicine that is not on this formulary, that you have to pay and then they refuse to refund you. I refuse to take reponsibilty for medication that their doctors can not dispense and prescribe that is not on the formulary. They attempted to deduct their premium twice in December and haven't attempted to deduct in January. I have sent mails, but received no response and now their sending me sms's that my premium is outstanding. Tried to phone the 0861 70 70 70 number and get cut off the whole time, and this is supposed to be a emergency number? They get their premium on time every single month, but owe me R1050.00 since last year.
