Since I've submitted my claim at Miway it has been unpleasant experience dealing with my so called claim handler. Firstly i dont understand why i have to make a follow up with them on a daily basis, secondly she only calls me back after i had make numerous calls at their call centre.

I called my Finance house and request a car registration document/settlement letter on 30th October which was due yesterday because now you didnt settle with my finance house on time i have to pay for the interest not you which am not happy about.

Today again she tells she cant get hold my previous insurance house to get an NCB letter which ive done on her behalf, my question is what is she she doing on her side???

Now am sitting a situation whereby i cant even get a new car somewhere until my account its been settled out.

Really am tired i dont want to be inconvience at this stage its bad enough that my car is been written off but to deal with bad service is something else especially from MIWAY
