I've been trying to lodge a claim for 17 days without any success. I attempted enormous times to call mi-way's claims department and no one bothered to answer my call. I've also left plus/minus 11 call back requests and none was responded. Today as usual i called in to attempt to lodge a claim and when claims department didn't answer i then called client services department where a ended up talking to Merilyn. She was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me to lodge a claim online and it was successfully submitted. I'm truly grateful for her assistance and i wish all personnel at Miway can copy her helping attitude. Keep up the good work ethic.
