Claim done on the 10th of June

I had an accident on the 10th of June 2013 and submitted my claim the very same day.
I was send an sms to say the person dealing with my claim is Unica. I've send numerous mails to her and even today she did not contact me on return my calls.
I made a call to them and spoke to Katlego who told me they a have many clients they will only call me when they are done with their other client.s
My question to him was, from your marketing you are saying it takes you Miway 24hrs to process a claim and he advised me not to trust their makerting (call recorded)
I might be your client TODAY but after this i will not be your CLIENT.
14 days, no communication from your side.
When you people are done with your important clients please feel free to contact me and advise me of my claim. i'm paying you R1500 a month for my car, i will be waiting...
