Refuse to change my debit order date

I went for a loan at Capitec when I was working at Employer A I have since stared working at Employer B that paid my salary at a later date than A. I then asked Capitec to change my debit order date. They said that I need to give them bank statement's, which I did.
They did not change my debit order date. I then asked them why it was not changed they then told me that I need to give in my Payslip as well. I did this and after a week they told me that my current employer is not registered some where and because of this they cannot change my debit order date.
After many moths of getting SMS's that the debit order did not go through because of intensification funds. I have told them many time's when they call me to find out why my debit order are always late. That if they just change my debit order date then the problem will be solved.
They then asked me to send my Payslip and bank statements to their. I told them that I do not have a working scanner and that the branch I was at had it and they can just contacted them for it. They said they will do so.
But they still called me after that to ask me the same question.
