Refusal to change Debit order date

Capitec Bank is failing to change my debit order date after I changed employers. The debit order date changed from the 20th of each month and now needs to be the 25th of each month. I have given a Pay Roll letter from my new employer showing that my current debit order date is the 25th however they only changed the debit order date to the 24th of each month. At this rate I will always get unpaid debit orders of my account that will destroy my credit record. I have logged a call with them however they are still failing to change the debit order date. My ref numbers are 9862006 and 9862066.
I am so so fustrated calling the customer call center as they are not able to help me at all to change a debit order date. I have emailed and faxed to them and it just seems no one is intrested in sorting out a simple debit orders date change
