I CANNOT OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF CAPITEC!

I had a loan with Capitec debit order date (25th every month). i changed jobs and went into the Bramley branch to change my debit order date to the 1st. I brought my payslip and my ABSA 3 months bank statement where my salary is being paid into and they told me the date has been changed.!!!

I went back again, same procedure but the date wasnt changed. i paid off the loan but now i'm sitting with a bad record on my name as i'm deemed to have been paying that loan LATE because Capitec's employees are incompetent!!! Someone needs to sort this out as i've been going back and forth over all these months trying to fix this!
