Bad Debit Orders

I have a loan account with Capitec, the payment is supposed to debit my Absa account on the 28th each month as this is my official pay date. However since day 1 the capitec debit order always runs early in the morning on the 27th and bounces creating a bad name on my Absa account. I have brought this up with the branch manager who says they cannot change the debit order date or time because my bank statement reflects payment on the 27th. Meanwhile my employer may load the payment on the 27th but it only clears at night. I do not understand why Capitec cannot move my debit order to the next day for everything to run smoothly. They say they need proof that their debit order are premature, but surely if for the last 10months your debit orders are always bouncing then clearing late at night that should be an indicator. Why do you even do credit assessment if you do not trust me to keep the funds in my account to pay my loan once I am paid. The manager claims the only way to stop is if i change my banking over to capitec. complained to call centre in cape town who promised to send an e-mail with their details but never did. i have been ignored. now im just gonna cancel order!
