Wrong debit order date-affecting my ITC profile

Hi' I took a loan with Capitec in September 2013, told them i get paid on 25th as stated on my payslip therefore I should be debited on the 25th like all my debit orders. They decided to debit my account on the 24th and it rejected showing an unpaid debit on my bank statement, and then re-debited on the 25th again.
I went to capitec to enquire, and I was told that my bank statement shows that I get paid on the 24th, and they cannot change the date cause of their system and that my employer salary date is 24th.
I took a 36months loan, meaning i'll be debited twice every month, on the 24th and again on 25th, i'll have an unpaid debit order every month on the 24th. This morning I was called by Capitec Collections department, cause their system shows arrears in my account... very stupid! and they go and apologise that's its a system error... These unpaid debits on my statements are messing up records, profile and ITC score.. if capitec cannot change the dates and be competent like other institutions I will then block the debit order, no access to my account n we'll pay you manually at your branches on the 25th or transfer... can take it up with NCR.
