Incorrect debit order date

I took a loan with Capitec bank in April, when I got my contract I realised that the debit order was set for the 27th and if the 27th fell on a weekend they would debit me the previous THURSDAY because they were told my employer pays us on the 27th & doesn't pay us on Friday, which is not true. My debit order should be for the 28th and if the 28th falls on a weekend then it would be for the previous FRIDAY. The reason is I bank with FNB so although my employer submits the payment file on the 27th, I only get paid on the 28th. Only STD bank employees will get their money on the same day. I contacted Monique Odendaal who was my loan consultant and advised her that the debit order date was incorrect and asked her to help me correct and since April until now I have made numerous failed attempts to get this corrected and every time I am told they can't change it because they got the information from my Employer. I have asked her to reconfirm with my employer and also sent her 4 months bank statement showing all their unsuccessful collections and she still refuses t help me change it. I need someone to look into this again please.
