I urge everyone that has a dial direct policy to find a more knowledge and competent institute that will ensure that you are covered fully and not be against you. Dial direct is the most horrible insurance institute I have ever came across. You the first suspect and in their terms and conditions that's not in black and white "YOU ARE WRONG AND THEY ARE RIGHT"
You are paying them thinking you are covered when you are not. I had an accident to which they had not enough proof of and rejected a claim. How does a client prove an accident??? Can anyone prove an act of???
Where is the logic in the assessment of finding no external damage but major internal damage??? Assessment centre gave one assessment and VW institute gave another??? Do they really know what they are doing and have competent people working for them???
A perfect running vehicle meets an accident stalls and becomes non-drivable but insurance company says that there is no external damages but internal damages and assumes that it is not caused by the accident!!!
No sense and logic!!! Please do not insure your vehicles with them cause they will never ever help you.
