PLEASE JUST CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE!

Good Day

Please can someone please call me as I need to change my debit order date as my salary date changed and when I called in yesterday I was told that I they would first need to have me default on my payment and then change it honestly did you consider my credit profile at all and not to mention my bank charges pleas can someone just change my debit order date from the 15th to last working date effective immediately and send confirmation once it is done.
