The debit order for my personal loan goes off earlier in the month than what was requested/stipulated when the contract was signed. I went to a branch to go and change the debit order date to after the day I get paid beause it is going off before I get paid. I was told to get an official letter from HR to state when my salary date is in order to change the debit order date. I stipulated this date when the contract was signed, the error is on Capitec bank side, not mine.
