Lack of accountability

On Sunday the 22nd December 2013, I made an in store payment of R1700 into my Game store card.
Monday the 23rd, a debit order of R3492.77, went off my bank account to RCS for the payment of my card.
Since the 24th December, i have been trying to get a refund to no avail. I have spoken to no fewer than 7 consultants since then but nothing has been done to process my request. This morning 2 Jan 2014 i have called 3 times (at a minimum of 20 minutes per call) and yet no assistance received. eventually i spoke to a consultant by the name of Roxanne Peters who was also unable / not willing to assist. She advised no supervisor nor manager was available to handle my query and I could not wait or hold on the line till 1 was available. This is really not what customer service is supposed to be. This is a major inconvenience for me. PLEASE ASSIST!!!
