I had an account opened in 2011 at Sheet Street, I had purchased goods from them and paid off my account. I had not used the account for a while and when I went into the store in December 2012, after I had chosen things to purchase at the till they advised that my account had been closed due to the fact that I had not purchased anything in a while. I then reapplied for an account at the store in December, I only received a call in April from the store to ask why I had not come through and collect my card from the store. I had advised them that I had not been notified to collect my card and was not aware that it was approved. I went to the store on Friday 31st May to collect my card and they advised that they is no card available for me. According to the staff I need to reapply to open an account as they are unable to assist me.
