We pay the Game account via EFT, into the bank account provided on the statement. The payment was done on the 25.11.2013. RCS send an sms that the payment was done and payment must be made. I went to Game in Cresta and they only faced the prove of payment and never followed up on the query nothing. Another sms and phone call was received after that, that the payment was not made. I faxed myself from work and i emailed it to 2 different people and to the customer care centre and rcs. I followed up on the matter in December while i was on leave it was still no updated. I spend R150 of airtime and R100 petrol trying to sort out the mess, no one could assist me. The lady told me that the money was paid into the Game account and that they need to pay it over to the RCS account and than only will it updated and it takes 7 working days. I went to Trade Route on the 27.12.2013. The lady at the credit desk, called their head office and made me speak and turned her back to me. Nothing was done, instead she showed me that she was not in the mood to assist me at all. Still to date nothing was done, for 2 major companies like RCS and Game they communication and service are beyond poor!! Its BAD
