Debit my cheque account with full amount outstandi

A month ago, a lady from FNB credit card phoned me, to ask me when will i make a payment. She advised me the last debit order payment was received March or April. So i said to her, there where never a debit order on my cheque account to credit card, and i also asked her for the outstanding balance. she could'nt gave the amount, i was put on hold, so she could go and asked. She game back with a figure, and i said to her, i will go to my branch to speak to my branch manager, to sort this out, as she was not uninformed with all my details and questions i have asked. On 11/11/13 there was a eft payment from my cheque account. I never new about a payment or a arrangement. When i query about the payment, it was credit card. Without arrangemet with me. I don't get any statements. Now i lost my job, that money was supposed to see me and my family through till i get employment. To pay the minimum required amount, was in order. No communication, so what now FNB? With this kind of service, i'm surely want to move my account to Capitec.
