Account not closed and no refund done due to me

Hi

I had 2 loans and a credit card with African Bank and on the 02 Nov 2013 I settled the 2 loans and I decided to keep the credit card. To my surprise at the end of Nov I was debited for one loan for the amount of 549.50 and I immediately went to the Balfour Park branch to report it and they told me they have logged the query and the money will be allocated to my account then they will close the account as it was showing pending on their side and will also be refunded. The turnaround time frame they gave passed and after several calls made to the stupid, useless and incompetent call centre I went back to the branch were they couldn't help still and they told me to call the call centre again and I told them how stupid they are to just be at the branch yet they don't have relevant people they can contact to resolve queries and I spoke to their customer service and I was told they have received my documents and will update their records only to find that the account is not closed or updated as they tried to debit my account again on the 28/12/2013 and I have still not received my refund. Disgusting indeed, what happened to taking care of clients? For Heaven's sake, I don't owe you
