On the 24th December 2013 i emailed Fnb Debit Card Disputes department to dispute a payment that was done by Selec Car Rental. I called on the 02 January 2014 to follow up was to told to untill Friday 03 December 2014.
I called again on the 03/01/2014 had to hold for 37 minutes to get assistent, Spoke to Nomthi a lady that was very friendly but could not get any help as she not allowed to communicate with her Admin department.
Spoke to Verona from complains department could not get any help as i was promised feedback before 14h00 pm nothing happened. I was given a complain reference number 394163.Untill now nothing seems to happen.
I even thinking of moving my account else where
