Service from outsurance has been non existant since my claim was made in November after the floods we had in the Western Cape.
I have spent the whole festive season without transport and just heard that outsurance has STILL not settled my vehicle, preventing me from getting a replacement vehicle.
Emails are ignored and calls are not returned.
My car was declared a write off (due to the water damage) in November already, why did outsurance still deduct a premium from my account in December???
