Loan payment not ended when it should

I have had no luck with resolving this query being handled by the Accounts Supervisor. I called the call centre more that once last year to determine when my loans would be ending. I was always told that my last payment would be end Dec 2013. I called in again on 10 Jan 2014 and spoke to Gontse, I got cut off. I called again and spoke to Tshepiso, who could not assist me I finally managed to speak to a Team Leader called Sakhile. Who till this moment has not been able to resolve my issue. He does not return my calls as he promises and I always call him and hold on for him for no less that 10 minutes at a time and these are calls I am making from my cellphone.
What I do not understand is why there is a balance? - they should pull all recordings and listen to them to hear what the consultants tell me. Secondly why is the balance more than my installment if this is the last installment. I will not be paying anymore when FNB ha.s been telling me that my last payment would be in December. They have received payment in December and now there is a balance. Service is appalling.
