Online banking does not operate

From 24th of December 2013 onwards we were unable to access FNB online banking. Due to this we were not only unable to do any payments on credit cards & unable to pay our staff for December. We phoned FNB online banking call centre and there was no assistance whatsoever. The apathy of the call centre staff was pathetic. Today we make payments to the credit cards & nothing reflects on the account. When we phoned the C/Card division we were told that the card was locked due to non payment. Last payment on this account was made December 09th 2013. As a long standing FNB business client that has never been late with a payment or had any problems with the account, the lack of investigation on FNB's part before locking the account combined with the terrible service from the call centres during this period is extremely dissatisfying. I would like this matter investigated and need a report back from FNB Online, Credit Card & Customer Service department asap. Only exeption to the bad service we have received is a lady named Beauty in the Credit Card division, who tried her best to assist us.
