First National Bank

Last week Thursday I exchanged foreign currency. Told by Amanda that it would be in my acc by end of day. Nothing was deposited. Phoned premier banking call centre who could not hwlp me. Left work early yesterday to see Amanda again who said she would do it now... without reason why not done originally. Promised again by close of business. Still nothing. Im in the Bedford Gardens branch again. Waiting in usual queue with one assistant for 50 min right now. Emailed branch manager (who is in a meeting) twice already.
