INCOMPETeNCY AND BAD SERVICE

Yesterday, 20 August 2013, I went to deposit my foreign currency, which I had left over from my trips into my bank account. What a bad experience in FNB Komatipoorty

There were two people in front of me and I stood thirty minutes. Eventualy infront of the Line I ask Charles can you do foreign transacting, and he assured me they. So we go through the normal procedure of the forma etc wait another 20 minutes for a phonecall to forex to strike a deal and then the shock, "The transaction needs to be sent to Forex", Well where is forex? why didn't you tell e you can't do it? poor poor service.

This is a cash transaction and should reflect immediately after a forex deal is struck, it is now 24 hrs later and who knows where my money is. Because he put it in an envelope to be send.

I am not very happy, I have just been upgraded to a Private client with promises etc, and the first transaction I do in a branch I get treatment as if I am trash. This is not acceptable. O yeah, and through this whole thing I asked the branch manager to help and when I spoke of foreign currency she looked at mee as if I am talking a foreign language. This poor for a bank manager not to know your products
