First National Bank
Poor service/ no response from fn

I will be flying to Saudi on wednesday the 3rd of april, going there to work for a year. I need to send money back for my family.

i have been to 2 different branches and both are clueless regarding forex. i was told to call forex at fnb. the advisor at forex advisory told me that i need to inform the bank of the above mentioned facts so that in future they can convert my foreign currency to local currency in order to put the money in my bank account.

the branch doesnt know how im supposed to do this, they advised me to send an email to forex @fnb. unfortunately i have yet to recieve any response from them.

please assist urgently
this is unacceptable
