FNB and Hyde Park branch services colapse

As a private and corporate client of FNB for more than 25 years, and I seen the bank and its branches deteriorate to a serviceless organization. Their slogan "how can we help you" is a joke.

Hyde park has not had a forex division operating effectively for weeks. Temp forex staff do not know what they are doing. Try phoning the branch and select option for management. You will get a insurance adviser's assistant, who in fact does not even work for the bank. When you ask for management, calls are transferred to a back office (admin), or to anyone else who will answer.

I have tried to find out who my corporate relationship manager is, as my current manager is on maternity leave. No one knows. I have phoned and left messages for the branch manager. She does not answer her phone and does not return messages. Even my premier banker cannot come back to me with a contact of a senior manager for corporate business. This is months of frustration.

I call FNB senior managers "" because you do not see them and cannot contact them directly. They can only be accessed via your relationship manager, if you are lucky enough to have one. Do these "" actually exist!!!
