Abandoned overseas with unactivated forex card

I bought forex from FNB in Willowbridge a few weeks ago: a bit of cash but most on a cash card. The day before I was due to leave, I logged into [URL Removed] to change the PIN on the card, only to discover I couldn't. When I phoned Cash Passport, they said the card had not been activated correctly by the issuing branch and that this could only be rectified by FNB. I called premier banking, who said 'sorry, branches all closed' (it was a Sat) 'but we'll sort this out on Mon and get back to you'. I had to fly overseas on Sun evening without the bulk of the forex I have paid for. Mon has come and gone. Tues too. Emailed premier banking again on Tues and was told this would be 'escalated'. It's Friday and I've yet to hear anything. Oh, and "customer service": don't even bother trying to phone me. I'm roaming with my cell phone and am not not going to pay to receive your call.
