Good day, i sent an email to Musica call centre to enquire about the Arrested Development CD Greatest hits, Cindy Van Niekerk responded that Eastgate and Bedford they have copies, I phoned Eastgate spoke to Amanda she said they don't have it. Phoned Bedford and they said they don't have it. Went back to the call centre Ryan Carelse told me that Sandton, The Glen and Rosebank have copies. Cindy Van Niekerk responded on the mail that she phoned Bedford and ask them to transfer it to Eastgate and to let Amanda phone me when they have the album no one phoned. I phoned Amanda and she said she did not know about that arrangement she will phone me back. I phoned the call centre they said Bedford has it and they will confirm with me who to lease with there. I phoned Amanda she was on lunch, Lesego said she will give her the message to phone me till now she has not. I went back to the call centre no response was received. I'm appalled by the service i received from the call centre to Eastgate and Bedford, sad how you have false information for your customers
