Disappointed in MiWay - Why is there an Access??

I joined Miway because they when out of their way to give me a very good premium overall especially no Access on my car. I have found their service excellent and have recommended them to many of my friends.

On the Saturday the 21st I was in a accident. I tried the whole of Monday to get hold of them, left messages, tried by using the website I even spoke to some one, but they took a message and promised some one will call me back. I have not yet had the call back. On Tuesday I finally got through to them to report the accident that took 25 minutes to process and get a claim number.

To my SHOCK I was told there is an Access of R3500 to be paid by by the consultant. In my latest policy there is no mention of an Access to be paid. I told the lady "Sohani" that she must please find out what is going on because I had no knowledge of any Access She told me she will follow up and get back to me, guess what no word yet. I do realize it is holidays. I have followed the procedures and emailed them photos etc

I am really hoping this will be a smooth claim as I have been reading about how good the service is and this is the first time I am claiming from them. I really hope it ends well
